I am interested in a particular piece of art but it is the wrong size?

Please don't hesitate to contact us. We offer custom sizes for all of the artwork on the site. Please do remember that any alternative sizing options offered may encounter an additional artwork charge. The artwork will also need to be cropped as it may be a different ratio to the original piece. Contact Us for further information regarding custom sizes.

Will I be informed of a delivery date?

When you place your order, you will be sent an email to confirm that we are processing your order ready for printing as we print and assemble each piece of art to order. As soon as the item has been produced and quality checked, you will be notified of the despatch and expected delivery date.

What printers do you use?

We only use the top of the range fine art photographic 12 colour printers to produce all items sold on the site. Find out more information about our production equipment here.

Is the artwork Original?

All artwork on the site is reproduced from original high resolution images supplied by each artist.

Is all the artwork on your site really direct from the artist?

All art on Fine Art Direct is produced directly by the artists for the use by Fine Art Direct. We curate all art before placing on the site so that we can offer our customers the most popular items from each artist.

How does your ‘Free Shipping’ work?

Free shipping applies to all Art sold on Fine Art Direct to Address's located inside the United Kingdom. To see delivery charges to European and U.S countries, please see our delivery page here

How will my Artwork be shipped?

A.

All items sold on our website are shipped safely using reputable Couriers. All items are quality checked before leaving production. You will also be provided with a tracking No to allow you to find out when your Artwork will be delivered. We also require a signature for the receiving of all Art sold on our website. If you are not in then the courier will provide a calling card allowing you to rearrange delivery.

How long will my Artwork take to be delivered?

We despatch all Artwork using a 2 day delivery service. In most circumstances, your Artwork will be produced on demand and you will receive your artwork within 3-5 working days.
