Delivery

All art is dispatched within 1-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via TNT. If the item is delayed more than this you will be notified. Tracking information will be sent to the email address used to place your order when the order is despatched.

Fine Art Direct offers FREE DELIVERY to all registered UK addresses. We do offer delivery to international locations, please get in contact with us to request a price for delivery to your country.

Delivery includes handling and packaging fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Special care is taken to protect all artwork. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected with foam inserts to avoid any damage. If you find that your item has been damaged in transit, then please contact us immedietly so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Part shipment of items may occur due to availability of materials for certain items. You will be notified that your order will be shipped in multiple deliveries. We will also contact you to give you the option to wait until all items are in stock and ready to ship as one delivery.

Returns & Replacements

14 Day Replace or Returns Policy

You have 14 Days in which to request a return for a full refund* or replacement for another item of the same value. If the value of the replacement item is less then you will be refunded the difference. If the value of the replacement item is more then you will be required to pay the difference. We will contact you to confirm your choice.

  • Once we receive your request we'll process it within 1 working day.
  • If your item has arrived damaged, we will confirm your designated pickup date of the return and provide all instructions and shipping labels via email 1 working day before the collection. If you are requesting a refund or replacement then you will need to arrange delivery*
  • If you have requested a refund, you will be refunded within 3 working days of safe receipt of the returned artwork.
  • Alternatively, if you have requested a replacement item or received a damaged item, we will ship your new artwork as soon as receipt of the original artwork has been confirmed.

*If you have requested a refund or changed your mind, you will be required to arrange return delivery to our studio. Please use a recorded method of delivery.
